SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Dinstinctiva delivers to Italy, EU, US, Australia, Africa, Asia and Canada.

ITALY
Free delivery for orders over 100€.
For orders up to 100€ the shipping cost charged to the customer is 7,99€.
Delivery is normally within 4/5 working days by courier. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Deliveries may take one or two days longer for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands.
To keep track of the status of your shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number.

EU
Free delivery for orders over 200€
For orders up to 200€ the shipping cost charged to the customer is 15€ but it can increase depending on the size of the parcel.
Delivery time can vary from 4 to 8 days.

US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, ASIA AND AFRICA
For delivery to the US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, ASIA AND AFRICA you will be charged a delivery fee starting at 20€ but may increase as the package size increases.
Please note that orders over $800 will be subject to additional duties and government fees.
