Your satisfaction is very important for us! If you received a product and you are not satisfied with it, you are free to return the item!
It is therefore possible to return orders (or part of them) within 14 days from the date of purchase, without incurring any additional handling costs for the customer, apart from the simple cost of transport, which always remains the customer's responsibility.
How to Proceed
1 The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined or damaged) and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and various parts;
2 Equipped with the following document completed in its entirety and placed inside the package, to allow Dinstinctiva to identify the Consumer (order number, name, surname and address);
To access the return procedure, the customer is required to organise, at his or her own expense, the shipment of the returned articles to

We won't accept returns with costs charged to Dinstinctiva for any reason.
Any non-compliant shipment will be refused by Dinstinctiva, with the consequent impossibility of proceeding with the return.
The refund will be made only if the returned goods are perfectly intact and have not received any damage during transport from the customer to our headquarters. Dinstinctiva will accept the returned goods reserving any refund only after checking that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case we will refund the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products within thirty days.
- The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any presentation folders, transparent envelopes and sealing tape); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, as far as possible, inserting it in a second envelope; in all cases it is forbidden to affix labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging;
- Used products that show signs of wear or dirt and can therefore no longer be considered intact will not be accepted;
- Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of damage to the goods during transport organised by the customer, Dinstinctiva will inform the customer of the event (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), in order to allow him to make a timely complaint to the courier chosen by him and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured);
The Customer loses the right of return completely when:
The essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) is missing
The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal content;
The absence of elements and/or anomalies in the product itself;
The use of the product, which has compromised its integrity.
